Terms
Published for anyone to read.Nothing more is claimed.
These terms describe fusiontrace.io as it works today. Effective: 17 October 2026.
Who publishes this site
fusiontrace.io is published by BlueWave Technology, Inc., an Oklahoma corporation, as steward of the FusionTrace Evidence Standard until the FusionTrace Foundation takes it over. The Standard is stewarded by Stephen Pales and Jim Cords, co-founders of BlueWave Technology, Inc., which builds software to it. Any vendor may build to the Standard, and every implementation, the first included, is held to the same rules. Contact: standard@fusiontrace.io.
What this site is
This site publishes the FusionTrace Evidence Standard, Version 1.0 (draft), and its public tools: the Verify page, the registry and the films. Its public summary is the eight commitments and the rules on What the Standard forbids; the full text is not yet published. This site sells nothing and gives no access to any record.
Reading and quoting the Standard
The Standard is free to read. You may print it, quote it word for word and comment on it, naming it as the FusionTrace Evidence Standard. The words Sealed to the FusionTrace Evidence Standard belong only on a package sealed as the Standard describes.
The Verify page
The Verify page runs in your browser and reports what it checked and nothing more. A pass means the indexed files in a package agree with its seal. It is not a statement about who holds the signing key, about how a file came off a recorder, or about whether anything is admissible anywhere.
The registry
The registry lists a law enforcement agency or an organization only after it completes certification, with its status as the Steward records it. Certification is by invitation through the FusionTrace Academy™. The Steward scores every exam and issues every certificate.
No legal advice
Nothing on this site is legal advice or a statement about admissibility in any court. Using this site creates no relationship between you and the publisher.
No warranty
This site and its tools are provided as they are and as available, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, the publisher is not liable for any loss that comes from using this site or relying on its tools.
Licensing
U.S. Patent No. 11,830,346 B2 · 3 additional patents pending. BlueWave Technology, Inc. will license any patent claim essential to implementing the Standard on reasonable and non-discriminatory terms.
Other sites
The law enforcement portal sign-in links to the first implementation's law enforcement portal, which has its own terms. The films play from the film host when you press Play.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, and any dispute about them is heard in the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma. A change to these terms is published on this page with a new effective date.
